Latinout ("the Service") aggregates and displays Latin dance event information from public sources, direct submissions by event organizers, and partner integrations. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

1. Verify Before You Travel

Always confirm event details — including date, time, location, price, and whether the event is taking place — directly with the organizer or venue before traveling. Latinout is not responsible for events that have been canceled, rescheduled, relocated, or otherwise changed after being listed.

2. We Are Not the Event Organizer

Latinout is a listings platform, not the organizer, host, or promoter of any event displayed on the Service. Liability for the operation, safety, quality, and conduct of any event lies with the organizer and venue, not with Latinout.

3. No Guarantees

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are accurate, we make no representations or warranties about completeness, accuracy, timeliness, suitability, or availability of any event listed. Information may be outdated, incorrect, or removed at any time without notice.

4. Cancellations and Changes
